What is Zero Bad Leads?#

Zero Bad Leads is an automatic B2B lead qualification platform. It receives leads from various sources (forms, landing pages, CRMs), verifies and scores each lead automatically, and sends only qualified leads to your CRM or sales tool.

The Pipeline: Receive → Qualify → Send#

The entire platform revolves around three stages:

Receive Leads

Set up webhooks or connect forms (such as RD Station Form or Elementor) to automatically send leads to Zero Bad Leads. The system automatically recognizes over 100 field name variations.

Qualify Leads

Each lead goes through automatic verifications:

  • Email: format validation, MX, and disposable email detection
  • Phone: format and country code validation
  • CNPJ: BrazilAPI lookup (status, company name, size)
  • IP: proxy, VPN, and risk score detection
  • AI Scoring: artificial intelligence evaluates the lead based on your ideal profile

Send Leads

Qualified leads are automatically sent to your integrations: HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD Station CRM, ActiveCampaign, custom webhooks, or Meta CAPI.
