Trial and payment

How the 5-day trial period works, what happens when it expires, and how to add a credit card.

How the trial works#

Zero Bad Leads offers a 5-day trial period so you can explore the platform and validate the qualification pipeline with real leads.

Trial details#

FeatureDetail
Duration5 calendar days
Lead limit30 qualified leads
Credit card requiredYes, required when selecting a plan
Charges during the trialNone -- your card is only charged after the 5 days
Verifications includedAll (email, phone, CNPJ, IP, AI Scoring)

The trial starts immediately after you select a plan and register your credit card. Plan ahead to have your webhooks and integrations configured before or right at the beginning of the trial period.

Step by step to start the trial#

Create your account

Go to Zero Bad Leads and create your account with email and password. After the initial onboarding, you will be directed to the plan selection page.

Choose a plan

Compare the available plans (Starter, Pro, or Scale) and select the one that best fits your lead volume. See the plan comparison for more details.

Register a credit card

You will be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout. Enter your credit card details. The card is validated but no charges are made during the trial.

We accept all major credit cards. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, with end-to-end encryption.

Start using

After checkout, the trial is activated immediately. You can start configuring webhooks, integrations, and sending test leads right away.

What happens when the trial expires#

At the end of the 5 days (or upon reaching 30 qualified leads), the system proceeds automatically:

If a credit card was registered (default scenario)#

The subscription for the chosen plan is activated automatically and the first charge is made. Your leads, integrations, and settings remain intact. No action is required on your part.

If the trial expired and there is no active subscription#

When there is no active subscription, the platform enters paywall mode:

  • New leads received via webhook are blocked (they do not enter the pipeline)
  • Previously qualified leads remain accessible for viewing
  • Outbound integrations are paused
  • To reactivate, simply choose a plan in Settings > Billing

The platform does NOT qualify leads during the blocked period. Leads sent via webhook during this period are discarded and cannot be recovered. Make sure you have an active plan so you don't lose leads.

Frequently asked questions#

Can I switch plans during the trial? Yes. Go to Settings > Billing and select another plan. The switch takes effect immediately.

What happens if I use all 30 leads before the 5 days? The trial ends early and the plan subscription is activated with the first charge.

Can I cancel during the trial? Yes. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges will be made to your card.

Is the trial available for all plans? Yes. The 5 days and 30 leads apply regardless of the plan chosen (Starter, Pro, or Scale).
