How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription on Zero Bad Leads.
Access subscription management#
In the sidebar menu, go to Settings > Billing. On this page you will find a summary of your current subscription, lead usage, and options to change or cancel your plan.
Upgrade#
If you need more leads, team members, or integrations, you can upgrade at any time.
Go to Billing
Navigate to Settings > Billing and click "Change plan".
Select the new plan
Choose the desired plan (e.g., from Starter to Pro, or from Pro to Scale).
Confirm the upgrade
Review the details and confirm. The upgrade takes effect immediately and the charge is prorated for the remaining period.
On upgrade, you only pay the prorated difference between the current plan and the new one for the remaining period of the billing cycle. The new lead, member, and integration limits are applied right away.
Downgrade#
If your lead volume has decreased, you can switch to a smaller plan.
Go to Billing
Navigate to Settings > Billing and click "Change plan".
Select the smaller plan
Choose the desired plan (e.g., from Scale to Pro, or from Pro to Starter).
Confirm the downgrade
The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Until then, you continue to have access to the resources of your current plan.
When downgrading, make sure your current number of members, integrations, and custom fields is within the limits of the new plan. Excess resources will need to be removed before the downgrade takes effect.
Switch between monthly and annual#
You can switch between monthly and annual billing:
- Monthly to annual: the 20% discount is applied immediately. You pay the annual amount with a prorated credit for the remaining monthly period.
- Annual to monthly: the change takes effect at the end of the contracted annual period.
Cancel the subscription#
If you need to cancel, Zero Bad Leads offers a process that seeks to understand your needs before confirmation.
Start the cancellation
In Settings > Billing, click "Cancel subscription".
Provide the reason
A retention window will appear asking for the reason for cancellation. Select the reason that best describes your situation. This feedback helps us improve the platform.
Review personalized offer
Based on the reason provided, the platform may present a personalized offer:

| Low volume | Suggestion to downgrade to a smaller plan |

| Other | Direct contact with the support team |
You can accept the offer or proceed with the cancellation.
Confirm cancellation
If you choose to cancel, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that date:
- New leads are blocked
- Existing leads remain accessible for viewing
- Integrations are paused
You can change your plan at any time without losing data. Qualified leads, integration settings, and scoring profiles are preserved, even during a downgrade or cancellation.
Reactivate after cancellation#
If you canceled and want to come back, simply go to Settings > Billing and choose a new plan. All your previous data (leads, integrations, settings) will be preserved.
