What's included in all plans#
Regardless of the plan chosen, every lead goes through all quality checks:
- Email validation: format, domain (MX), and disposable email detection
- Phone validation: format and country code
- CNPJ verification: lookup via BrazilAPI (status, company name, company size)
- IP analysis: risk score, proxy and VPN detection (ProxyCheck.io)
- AI Scoring: artificial intelligence (Gemini) evaluates the lead based on your ideal customer profile
Exclusive to Pro and Scale plans#
- Data enrichment: automatic website scraping and LinkedIn profile discovery, adding job title, industry, company size, and more to the lead profile
There is no "basic plan with fewer verifications." All plans offer the same quality of analysis. The difference lies in lead volume, data enrichment, and team features.
What counts as a "qualified lead"#
A qualified lead is a unique lead that went through the qualification pipeline in a given month. Here's how counting works:
- Uniqueness: identified by email OR phone. If the same email is received twice in the same month, it counts as 1 lead
- Period: counting is monthly, based on the billing cycle
- All count: leads with high or low scores both count toward the limit
Practical examples#
| Scenario | Counts as |
|---|---|
| Lead with email joao@empresa.com received 1x | 1 lead |
| Same email joao@empresa.com received 3x in the month | 1 lead |
| Lead with a different email but the same phone | 1 lead |
| Two leads with different emails and phones | 2 leads |
Grace period and soft block#
To avoid abrupt interruptions, Zero Bad Leads applies a 5% grace period on top of the plan limit:
| Plan | Limit | Grace (5%) | Soft block starts at |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 800 | 40 | 840 leads |
| Pro | 2,500 | 125 | 2,625 leads |
| Scale | 5,000 | 250 | 5,250 leads |
When the grace period is reached, new leads are blocked until the next billing cycle. Previously qualified leads remain accessible as usual.
If you are approaching your limit, consider upgrading your plan. You can track your usage in Settings > Billing, where the current consumption and plan limit are displayed.
Which plan should you choose?#
- Starter: ideal for those just getting started, small operations, or initial testing
- Pro: recommended for sales teams with a moderate volume of leads
- Scale: for high-volume operations with multiple lead sources and integrations
