Understanding the Dashboard

Explore the main Zero Bad Leads panel: lead funnel, real-time metrics, performance charts, and activity feed.

Dashboard overview#

The dashboard is the first screen you see when you log in. It shows a complete summary of your lead pipeline health in real time — how many leads are coming in, how many were qualified, and how many were sent to your integrations.

The lead funnel#

At the top of the dashboard you will find the conversion funnel, divided into three stages:

Received

Total number of leads that arrived via webhook during the selected period. This includes all leads, regardless of the qualification result.

Qualified

Leads that passed all automatic verifications (email, phone, CNPJ, IP, AI scoring) and received a score. The higher the ratio between received and qualified, the better the quality of your lead sources.

Sent

Qualified leads that were successfully dispatched to at least one outbound integration (CRM, webhook, Meta CAPI). If a qualified lead was not sent, it may be that no integration is configured or that the dispatch filters blocked it.

Click on any funnel stage to go directly to the leads table filtered by that status.

Metric cards#

Below the funnel, you will find cards with key metrics:

MetricWhat it means
Average ScoreAverage qualification score of all leads in the period. The higher, the better the overall quality.
Qualification RatePercentage of received leads that were successfully qualified (not duplicates, no errors).
Leads TodayQuick count of leads received in the last 24 hours.
Plan UsageHow many unique qualified leads you have used from your plan's monthly limit.

Performance chart#

The line chart shows the daily trend of received vs. qualified leads over time. Use it to:

  • Identify spikes: new campaigns generating more leads
  • Detect drops: possible issue with the lead source or webhook
  • Compare periods: select different intervals (7 days, 30 days, 90 days)

The chart updates automatically as new leads arrive. No need to reload the page.

Recent activity feed#

At the bottom of the dashboard, the feed shows the latest activities in your workspace:

  • Lead received — a new lead arrived via webhook
  • Lead qualified — lead processed with an assigned score
  • Lead sent — lead dispatched to an integration
  • Lead with error — qualification or dispatch failure (click to see details)
  • Integration connected — new integration configured

Each entry shows the timestamp, the lead's name/email (when available), and the status with a color indicator.

Period filter#

In the upper right corner, use the period selector to filter all metrics and charts:

  • Last 7 days (default)
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • This month

Use the 30-day filter for a more stable view of trends. The 7-day filter is useful for monitoring recently launched campaigns.

Setup steps#

If you just created your account, the dashboard shows a setup checklist at the top with the essential steps:

  1. Configure scoring profile — define the qualification criteria with AI
  2. Set up an integration — connect at least one outbound integration (CRM or webhook)
  3. Send your first lead — test the inbound webhook

Each step shows an action button that leads directly to the corresponding setup. Once you complete all the steps, the checklist disappears automatically.
