Leads Table

How to use the leads table to search, filter, sort, and view all your leads in one place.

Accessing the table#

The leads table is accessible from the sidebar menu under Leads. It displays all leads in your workspace with summary information and search and filtering tools.

Table columns#

The table shows the following columns by default:

ColumnDescription
NameLead's name (when available)
EmailLead's email address
PhonePhone number
ScoreQualification score (0-100) with a colored visual indicator
StatusLead's current state in the pipeline (new, qualified, dispatched, error, etc.)
ListList the lead belongs to
DateDate and time received

Click on any lead's name or email to open the full details page, with score, verifications, and dispatch history.

Use the search bar at the top of the table to quickly find leads. Search works across:

  • Lead name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Company/CNPJ

Just type and results filter in real time. Search is case-insensitive.

Filters#

Click the Filters button to refine the view. Available filters include:

By status#

Filter leads by pipeline state:

  • New — just arrived, awaiting qualification
  • Qualifying — being processed
  • Qualified — verified and scored
  • Dispatched — sent to an integration
  • Error — qualification or dispatch failure
  • Duplicate — lead already processed previously
  • Skipped — blocked by a dispatch filter

By list#

Select one or more lists to see only leads from that grouping.

By score#

Set a minimum and maximum score range to filter leads by quality (e.g., only leads with a score above 70).

By date#

Select a specific period to see leads received within that range.

Filters are combined with AND — meaning all active filters must be satisfied for a lead to appear in the table.

Sorting#

Click on any column header to sort the table:

  • Score — see the most qualified leads first (or least qualified)
  • Date — most recent or oldest leads first
  • Name — alphabetical order

Click the same header again to reverse the direction (ascending / descending).

Score visual indicators#

Each lead's score is displayed with a color indicating the quality range:

RangeColorMeaning
80-100GreenHighly qualified lead
60-79YellowLead with moderate potential
40-59OrangeBelow average lead
0-39RedLow quality lead

Pagination#

The table loads leads in pages to maintain performance. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages. The number of leads per page can be adjusted.

Bulk actions#

Select multiple leads using the checkboxes on the left of each row to perform bulk actions:

  • Move to list — change the list for multiple leads at once
  • Resend — retry dispatch for leads with errors

Bulk actions affect all selected leads. Review your selection before confirming.

Export#

Use the export button (download icon) to download the filtered leads in CSV format. The export respects active filters — only visible leads will be exported.
